| The completed card is on the left. I used orange Basil Basics cardstock for the base and embossed it with a Sizzix emboss folder. I used 4 different cardstock scraps[Paper Studio; Neenah white] and layered them to fit the card base. I used a Fiskars punch to border punch the edgeof the bat print cardstock ,then stamped words onto Neenah white cardstock using a clear stamp that I purchased several years ago[from Micheals],stamping across the paper,then colored in some of the letters using an orange Jelly Roll glitter pen and used a Clear Sparkle Jelly Roll pen to outline the bats. Next I attached all the paper pieces togather with adhesive; then attached silver wired ribbon, and "goggle eyes" to the bottom strip of cardstock. I stamped the large bat[Tim Holtz cling stamp]onto a piece of Neenah white cardstock using black Big and Bossy emboss ink[Ranger] and heat embossed it. I added red pearls for the eyes and used a fine tip sharpie marker to define the eyes, then attached it to the card with a pop dot. |
